Glenbrook Dodge Girl FAQ

WHAT DO THE GLENBROOK DODGE GIRLS DO?

The Glenbrook Dodge Girls represent the Fort Wayne Komets organization and Glenbrook Dodge at games, events and throughout the community. The role is that of a brand ambassador as part of the promotions team for the Fort Wayne Komets. At games, the team performs alongside the Komets Game Crew to encourage crowd involvement, as well as assisting with on-ice and in-arena activities, contests and promotions (t-shirt tosses, prize giveaways, etc.). The team also represents both Glenbrook Dodge and the Fort Wayne Komets organization at events and appearances throughout the community.

DO I NEED TO KNOW HOW TO SKATE?

NO! While experienced skating ability is a plus, applicants DO NOT need to be trained skaters. The main role of the promotions team is to interact with fans! It is important to note that there will be times team members are required to walk on the ice to assist with activities, contests and promotions so feeling comfortable walking on ice is necessary. For those that are skillful skaters, additional opportunities may become available. No skating will be taking place during the auditions.
