Icy D. Eagle Appearances

Komets mascot, Icy D. Eagle will add an element of excitement and entertainment to any event. Whether you are holding an employee rally, grand opening, charitable event, or party, he will make it a truly unique experience for all your attendees.

Please fill out the following appearance request form and submit 30 days prior to your event date. As many requests will be filled as possible but due to other obligations, not all requests will be filled. Request can also be submitted in writing or fax with specific details and information pertaining to the event. Information must include date, time, location, number of participants and the capacity in which Icy is being requested for.

Appearances by Komets mascot, Icy D. Eagle, are subject to availability. A fee of $75 per hour applies.

Payment must be received at least ONE (1) week prior to the appearance and be addressed to: Fort Wayne Komets - Mascot Appearance

Charitable requests are accepted and are based on availability.
